Ms. Kavya Upadhyay
A recent graduate of the Bachelors of Applied Science program from Ryerson University, Kavya (she/her) is passionate about innovative ideas of promoting health by the means of mobile health technology, artificial intelligence, remote monitoring and risk communication.
Prior to joining Aariketh Foundation, she worked as a Research Assistant in Toronto, Ontario and has supported multiple vaccine misinformation and machine learning projects.
Besides, she has worked at two established NGOs in Nepal, and has a sound knowledge of the community-based health program planning, monitoring and evaluation techniques.
She recognizes the power of inclusive dialogue as a tool to empower and build resilient communities and is presently co-ordinating a COVID relief program in Nepal.
